We pride ourselves on having a very personal approach, taking time to understand how you live and use your home. We have an in-house design and construction management team, comprising of RIBA architects and CIOB chartered construction managers, and we work collaboratively with you to blend traditional and contemporary design with detailed construction knowledge to ensure project delivery and create a truly exquisite home.

Our Team
James Hughes
James first started out in life as a carpenter before studying architecture at Birmingham City University and furthering his studies with an Msc in Construction Project Management from the University of Birmingham, and a Pg Dip and MA in Urban Design from Oxford Brookes.
Ryan Gormley
Ryan is Lead Architect at Fabric. He holds a PgDip and M Arch from Birmingham City University and a BA from Oxford Brookes. During his Master’s studies, he obtained two RIBA President’s medal nominations.
Niko Nempis
Nikos is an interior and furniture designer for Detail. With a masters degree in architecture and passion for interior design , Nikos follows a rich family tradition as the third-generation interior designer and furniture craftsman, carrying on a legacy established by his grandfather in 1952 and continued by his father. With a keen eye for detail and a rich heritage in crafting , Nikos blends tradition with contemporary innovation creating functional yet aesthetically pleasing spaces.
Adam Ridley
Adam has been working in bespoke furniture and detailed construction for over two decades and brings an invaluable pool of wealth and experience to detail. He is a dynamo of energy and is committed to quality; nothing leaves the workshop without meeting Adams high standards. Adam has a questionable taste for country music, has size fifteen shoes and is often seen on weekend downhill mountain biking.
